Many of the Goo-Girl's attacks are lust based, a select few dealing physical damage. She will also throw her body at the player, engulfing them until they can struggle free.

After encountering and raping the Goo-Girl at least twice, any subsequent encounters with the necessary items in the players inventory will lead to a scene where the items fall into the Goo-Girl and are absorbed into her heart core, transforming her into the Latex Goo-Girl.
