Upon entering Izumi's lair, she will talk with the PC and even offer them her pipe to smoke. The PC can choose to Smoke or No Smoke. Choosing No Smoke leads the PC to stay clear-headed and Izumi to continue her speech.

The smoke will begin to affect her and she'll threaten the PC, telling them to let her have her way with them. The PC can Fight, Submit or Flee. If the PC chooses to fight her and turns up victorious, Izumi will roar and start radiating power as an ultimate attack. The PC grabs her horns and they turn out to be "sensitive". Izumi weakly asks the PC to let go, but the PC can choose between Let Go or TribHorn. If the PC chooses to Let Go, Izumi will give them a bunch of gems, thank them for being "a good sport and stopping when she asked" and tell them the PC can come back any time as a friend.

Izumi is an Oni (Japanese Ogre) who can be found while exploring the High Mountains, when the PC finds and enters an opening on the rock wall. The PC will keep finding her lair if they leave without entering.
