Yearly Event
There are a number of special occurrences in Corruption of Champions which are programmed to only trigger when the dating system of a player's computer is set to a specific date.

- Support Group Date: Provided you have completed Scylla's events, the PC can choose to go on a date with Scylla, Abylon, or Pastie, resulting in sex and a perk.
March
- March 31 (Easter)
- Bunny Girl: Originally intended to only appear on this date, she is unique in that she is the only Yearly Event NPC to instead be encountered all year around, and she can thus be found in the Plains.
- Having 69 sex with the Bunny Girl on Easter causes the character to immediately grow bunny ears and tail.
- A special encounter with the bunny-girl where she’s been restrained and fucked completely full of eggs, with options as to how to deal with her depending on gender. While still be around after Easter, it is much more rare. Penned by Adjatha.
- Chocolate Massage: Joey offers a special (and rather messy) chocolate massage for 20 gems.
- Egg Drops: All monsters have a chance of dropping an egg of some kind when beaten.
April
- April 1 (April Fool's Day)
- My Little Pony XOver: A joke encounter that can be found by Centaur characters who go to the Lake. The result is an encounter with the "Mane Six" of the TV series "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic", which causes a strange "ponyfication" of the player's horse-body that effectively redesigns it to resemble the art style of the show.

- November 22 (Thanksgiving)
- Cockgobbler: A harpy mutant who appears to PCs on this date. Can be fucked, then spitroasted with Helia. Also provides perk Pilgrim’s Bounty
- Piggy Slut: A masochistic, submissive, honey-lactating and jizzing pig-girl whore who can be rented for a gem at the Wet Bitch. May lead to significant weight gain (in male: breasts, butt, maybe hips)
December

- December 25 (Christmas)
- Carol: Exploration of the High Mountain may result in an encounter a goddess-like figure, granting access to a mini-quest to search for the key in the Mountain to revive a knight named North.
- Jack Frost: A Silly Mode encounter. By visiting the High Mountains, PCs can meet Jack Frost, who will jizz snow onto their camp, allowing special interactions with some followers.
- Polar Pete: A Silly Mode encounter. A polar bear that can be encountered in the Plains, giving the PC Peppermint White.
- Snow Harpy: A harpy who shows up to make snow angels and engage PCs in sexual activity.
- X-mas Elf: A female elf who approaches the player on this date.
