==Appearance==

Her curly, waist-long feather-hair are fashioned with braid strings of beads, with a single ponytail near the small of her back. White like snow under the midday sun, they frame her stern but feminine face. The Champion approaches the only one still moving, an injured man who mutters that they were attacked and tells the Champion to run away before he passes out. A woman proclaims that this territory belongs to the [[Longclaw Consortium]], they must either turn back or face her. If present, [[Agnimitra]] warns that she's a seagull harpy, that they're fierce combatants and rarely move alone. The woman asks a riddle: ''"What rends the waves of the sea?"'', which the Champion is unable to answer. Since the Champion does not know, she demands that they draw their weapons and face her.

Her Story=
Fortuna was raised by [[Jassira]]n [[Catfolk]], despite being a harpy. If present, Agnimitra comments that it's a pretty common story, and she knows a hundred ballads of catfolk seducers enticing harpies into society - noting the story of [[Andreus]] the egg-collector and his harem. Her adoptive, '''true''' father met her pregnant mother when she accidentally dove into a pool of water contaminated by poisonous contraband while hunting for food in the sea. Her poisoned mother stumbled upon his camp and they tried desperately to save her. Before she passed she made him swear that he'll raise Fortuna and teach her how to fly. She grew up learning her father was a high ranking member of the Longclaw Consortium, which is a smuggling ring that deals in magical artifacts and alchemical substances. While she grew up without a mother, her bizarre uncles and aunts more than made up for it. Her father was reluctant in bringing Fortuna into the family business at first, but when she learned to fly and exceled in combat, he allowed her to oversee the transit of ships along the coastline. She gets great pay and raids trespassing ships, and with the blockade, they're the only source of highly sought-after goods, which is why they've tightened security.

Growing Up=
Fortuna comments that it was an interesting experience, and while most of the rundown streets were safe, they used to terrorize the fisherman. Her, her cousin (who she refers to as her brother), and their gang would sneak into ships and ransack their food. They were the same age when they were introduced, but since harpies mature faster, when her cousin became a boy of ten, she became capable of conducting raids on enemy ships. She misses the days when they could hang out, but now she has to act like an older sister. If present, Agnimitra chimes in that is the life of harpies, that time flies when they're young until they realize they've outgrown the people they love. In regards Fortuna's ability to fly, she remained grounded for a long time and her wings were much weaker than harpies of her age. It was concluded that the poison that killed her mother weakened the structure of her wings, but thanks to the antidote from the Consortium's second-in-command and chief alchemist, [[Sandro Serevare]], the poison was neutralized and her limbs were strengthened. After numerous attempts, through the aid of a storm, she was able to fly.

Her Abilities=
In regards to her offensive combination of trident techniques and water magic, Fortuna gained a love for the ocean after she leaning how to fly. Flying over the endless blue, she developed an intense desire to dive; an entire world ripe for the taking, she wanted to conquer the seas just like she conquered the skies. She obsessively trained, from holding her breath, to water magic and the art of the trident, to the point where she ignored the warnings of her father and nearly drowned. She eventually learned her lesson from a [[Siorcanna]] who made her understand that there are some things that will always remain beyond reach. Just like how he couldn't reach the skies, she couldn't reach the depths.
