The Imps are the result of the willing or unwilling copulation between Kasyrra and the unfortunate victims that have encountered her. The Champion will first encounter the Imps during the events of In Her Footsteps, where the Champion will travel through the Corrupted Garden in order to stop Kasyrra. If the Champion had fucked Kasyrra and breed her during the their first encounter (during the tutorial), she will point out that some of the imps are the result of their time together.
Interactions
Currently, the Imps are first encountered as an Imp Swarm in the Corrupted Garden after the Champion has dealt with the Alraune. They come in a swarm of 5 if the Champion. One will be replaced by an Imp Lord if the Champion is at least level 3.

The Imps will make a reappearance as a generic roaming encounter at Frostwood (all regions)
If the Champion is victorious upon defeating the Imps, they have the option to Kill the imps. Killing the imps can be done by either the Champion, Atugia or Brint/Brienne should they be present in the party. Unlike the Centaur Pack, killing the imps does not affect their encounter rate.

Should the Champion lose to the imps at Frostwood, they will be gangbanged by the imps which will result in the Champion being filled on both holes (oral and vag or ass depending on preference) as well as gaining 1 Corruption.

The way they're all wagging their abominably large dicks at you, it's clear their only goal here is a good old fashioned gangbang!
