Description
You conjure a crackling bolt of electricity in hand and hurl it at an enemy. The target is struck by an unerring bolt for (?) Storm damage, and then an attack is made against its Magic Resistance. On a hit, the storm surges: the target as well as all other enemies on the field take another (?) Storm damage.
