Kaede is an introverted young woman who's currently employed as an independent cargo hauler aboard her ship, ''Talon Rogue''. Originally male, she transisted to female shortly after entering adulthood -- although retained her ausar penis, and a preference towards female lovers. She was raised by a single parent, Tavros's chief mechanic Zeke Entara, with little involvement from her mother, [[Amara Faell]] -- who, unbeknownst to her, is a [[Black Void]] pirate.
