A slight movement in the tall grass is the only warning you get before a swift lynx springs from the undergrowth, nearly throwing you to the ground with the force of her pounce. You barely manage to shrug the large cat off you before she has a chance to bite your face off.

“Why don’t you just give up like good prey?” the lynx purrs as she circles you. “You can run, you can fight, you can give in… the end result will be the same.” With a sinking heart, you spot several more shapes lurking around you. Seems like she doesn’t hunt alone.

You prepare yourselves for combat.

The lynx flexes his claws menacingly, balancing on his hind legs, grinning as his tail sways playfully behind him. “Look what the cat dragged in, ladies,” the lynx purrs confidently, his harem’s eyes glinting hungrily as they study your party. “...Bring it to me!”
