She is a unique encounter and can only be encountered once per year.

She will invite Steele to '''Join Her''' and enjoy the festivities. If Steele chooses to do so, Riley will share her burgers and beer and make some small talk.

When she attempts to fire more fireworks into the air, her rocket launcher will malfunction and she will ask for Steele's help to fix it. Steele can choose to help or leave. Flirting with her will lead to sex. Helping her in a chaste way may lead to sex depending on Steele's willpower and whether or not Steele has a penis (to be aroused by her musky scent).

After the mini-party, Riley will re-gear and be out on her way, mentioning she would like to meet Steele again sometime.
