Chief Ushamee Neykkar commands a small [[Nova Securities]] ship, the ''Sunny Nebula'', which specializes in salvaging and repairing stranded ships on the frontier. During the events of ''[[The Kashima Incident]]'', she and her crew are hired by [[Steele Tech]] to investigate the mining ship ''Kashima'', which has lost communications. She joins [[Captain Steele]] if he or she agrees to go on the mission as well, acting as a companion during certain parts of the adventure.
