One of the first pre-[[Warp_tunnel|Warp Gate]] Terran colonies to have declared independence from the [[Terra|homeworld]] and has remained independent from the [[Terran-Space Coalition]] even after the Gates came online.

[R]emains rustic, largely devoted to farm exports and resource extraction from the mountains, with several orbital tether-stations hosting the high tech society and facilitating trade. Due to the way the Confederate Parliament works, Vesperia is hugely focused on extracting and farming as much as they can and exporting all of it -- they even import their food back again afterwards, in order to maximize their votes.
