Can be acquired from Zo’dee at various locations in the wild, including Mhen'ga, Tarkus and Myrellion:

• The first pill is at Mhen'ga (middle or deep jungles), Tarkus (coast, ridges, or glades of the wastes) or Myrellion (No Myr's Land or deep caverns).
• The second pill is at Tarkus (coast or ridges) or Myrellion (No Myr's Land or deep caverns).

Usage

This item will be consumed on use. In doing so, the pill will have permanent effects on the player character 30 minutes after taking the pill. The transformations work in a tiered-ordered fashion, dependent on the number of doses taken after each transformation phase.
