Description
Formally Steele Tech employees, the crew members of the Kashima were infected by some unknown entity and have been prowling the ship for new bodies to infect.
Appearance
These poor souls come in all shapes and sizes, races and sexes, but are unified in a blood-red coloration of their bodies and the writhing tendrils sprouting like cancerous growths from all over their bodies. Every one of them has several such tentacles growing from their loins, but the similarities end there. Some have tendrils drooling from their mouths where their tongues should be; others from their limbs or backs and even breasts. The crew look mindless, overcome with sadistic lust -- the fire of intelligence has long since burned out in their eyes, leaving them acting like mindless monsters, thirsting for your body.
Interactions
The infected crew members will be hostile towards Captain Steele upon encounter.
Combat
The infected combat actions include:
- Tentacle Rush - Basic physical attack dealing heavy crushing damage.
- Face Hug - Lust attack dealing moderate drug damage.
- Lust Spores - Rare lust cloud attack that deals light lust damage for 2 to 4 turns per use.
- Hivemind Roar - Special ability to wake any of its stunned allies.
Defenses:
- Thick chitin
- Armor: 3
Resistances:
- 35% immunity to kinetic attacks
- 10% immunity to burning attacks
- 25% weakness to tease attacks
- 25% weakness to psionic attacks
- 10% weakness to drug attacks
- 10% weakness to pheromone attacks
Losing to them in combat will lead to a bad end.
Loot/Items/Equipment
If victorious in battle, the infected crew members will drop a random amount of credits, or none at all, and are worth normal XP.
Sex
The infected crew members do not have a specific sex scene.
Quests
The infected crew members are related to The Kashima Incident distress call.
