If the player attempts to get the Jeweled Rapier the pod closes on them and releases a poison aroma while the pod's tentacles assault their captive. The Pod is a dangerous enemy once provoked. However, if the player has a massive milk or cum production amount, or the Feeder perk, or if they are genderless then they will avoid the bad end. If you have gotten Ember as a follower and drink his/her/its blood enough to either gain the Dragonfire perk or your own pair of wings you can fly like said above. If you still get caught you can cast Dragonfire to stun the pod for several turns, giving you enough time to (hopefully) kill it and get the sword.
