Carl is old. With the advances in medical science you can hardly venture a guess at his age, but you can still tell he is old. A fully bald human male with little tufts of white hair ringing his shiny dome and thicker tufts appearing on his chin in the form of a well-kempt beard. His skin is fairly clean outside of a few natural blemishes on his cheeks, the product of a modern age; no liver spots, discolorations or anything of the sort. Beyond all that he actually looks pretty fit, too, with thick arms and a stocky sort of appearance, especially with his slight lack of stature. Altogether he looks to be the pinnacle of health, even if he is an old coot. He’s all smiles as you approach the counter, bright blue eyes glittering. Evidently he’s the jovial sort.

Carl Jakovich became involved in the weapons business after picking it up from his mother. He eventually became a proficient craftsman and turned his trade into a small business empire after selling weapons to a then-future legend Victor Steele, to whom Carl became a favored weapons merchant for him.
