Planet known for holding a giant festival in autumn called "The Masque".

Coordinates to this planet are only available by invite, which can be at random (1/100 chance) every hour or during the nearest hour on 3 days before or after October 29 (real time), and if the invitation has never been received. Once the invite has been seen, Poe A will be available as a travel destination.

Currently, Captain Steele can only travel to this planet once for the festival, so Steele is unable to return to this location after leaving.
