As you approach, the ambassador adjusts his spectacles, which hang down from his high-sitting, rounded ears.

History/Personality/Information of Note

Juro was pushed by the kui-tan government to work as a diplomat for their society. The Confederate Diplomatic Corps assigned Juro to Myrellion and since, he has had a deep interest in the planet and it's natives.
