This ‘beauty cream’ is actually a small bead, roughly the size of a pearl. The exterior is a flexible plastic that protects the cream inside from getting everywhere.
Acquisition
Can be purchased from Ellie at the gift shop in Big T's barn house in New Texas after using the prostate milker at least once.
When purchased, there is a 1/20 chance the Suma Cream will be a “Black Cream” pearl variant.
Usage
This item is applied on use. In doing so, the cream will have immediate permanent effects on the player character.
