Cock-Socks are an item of clothing that can be worn by characters with at least one penis (and up to ten). They are all sold, equipped, and unequipped at Greta's Garments in Bizarre Bazaar.

| Scarlet Cock-Sock | 250 Gems | Grants the Phallic Potential perk: Multiplies the effects of penis-enlarging transformations by 1.5. This affects all cocks and can only be applied once. Stacks with Cobalt and Big Cock. |
| Cobalt Cock-Sock | 250 Gems | Grants the Phallic Restraint perk: Multiplies the effects of penis-enlarging transformations by 0.25. This affects all cocks and can only be applied once. Stacks with Scarlet and Big Cock. |
| Purple (Amaranthine) Cock-Sock | 1000 Gems | The player character wakes up with a coeurl cock the first morning after equipping this cock-sock. Also sets knot multiplier to 1.5 if cock wasn't dog-type. |
| Gilded Cock-Sock | 3000 Gems | Grants the Midas Cock perk: Increases the gems rewarded from winning combat by 2, 3 or 4. The PC will also cum gems when masturbating. |
Notes
- If you purchase a sock and later remove it to purchase a different sock, you lose access to the removed sock and will have to repurchase it should you wish to gain the benefits of the sock again.
- As of 0.8.10->0.8.11, there may be plans to tweak the effects of cocksocks, especially to prevent things like Scarlet and Cobalt conflicts.
- Equipping multiple cock rings can permanently set your Lust to 100, making it impossible to leave your camp.
