The following effects always occurs if certain conditions are met:
- (Requires flat/no breasts)
- Grow breasts (B-cup)
- (Requires breasts, including those just grown)
- Begin lactating
- Increases nipple size (to a maximum of 2-inch)
- (Requires lactation)
- Increase lactation
- (Requires preexisting breasts)
- Increases breast size (to a maximum of H-cup)
Notes:
