The Centaur-morph is one of the sentient races of Mareth. The centaur-morph differs from the equine-morph by having centaur legs and from the true centaur by having just two of them.

Becoming a Centaur-Morph
To be classified as a centaur-morph, you must have a horse score of 3 or more and also centaur legs but not a centaur lower body.
