Virility (virilityQ) is a hidden modifier for male and herm characters that increases the chances of impregnating certain NPCs.
Things that Affect Virility
The Virility modifier is calculated using a combination of Cum Quantity and values assigned to certain Perks, and currently maxes out at a value of +0.56.
Cum Quantity (cumulative):
- Greater than 250 mL: +0.01
- Greater than 800 mL: +0.01 (+0.02 total)
- Greater than 1600 mL: +0.02 (+0.04 total)

- Messy Orgasms: +0.03
- Fertility+: +0.03
- Pierced: Fertite: +0.03
- One Track Mind: +0.03
- Magical Virility: +0.05
- Elven Bounty: +0.05
- Bro Body: +0.05
- Fera's Boon - Alpha: +0.10
- Marae's Gift - Stud: +0.15
NPCs Affected by Virility
Only the following four NPCs are affected by the Virility modifier stat.
Edryn
Edryn's chances of becoming pregnant are dependent on:
- Cum Quantity: cumQ / 500, up to a maximum chance of 5%.
- Cum Quantity must be greater than 250 mL.
- Virility: (above, up to maximum of 5%) + virilityQ * 200, up to a total combined maximum chance of 100%.
Sheila
Shiela's chances of becoming pregnant are dependent on:
- Base Chance: 5%.
- Cum Quantity: cumQ / 66 + Base Chance, up to a combined maximum chance of 20%.
- Virility: (above, up to maximum of 20%) + virilityQ * 100, up to a total combined maximum chance of 75%.
Urta
Once you have completed Urta's fertility quest, hir chances of becoming pregnant are the combined total of the following:
- Base Chance: 10%.
- Cum Quantity: cumQ / 25, up to a maximum 40%.
- Virility: virilityQ * 100, up to a maximum of 50%.
- Total combined maximum chance of 100%.
Cotton
Cotton has a few different conditions that apply.
- If Cotton is taking birth control herbs, shi will get pregnant if either one of the following conditions are met:
- Random 20% chance ONLY if Cotton has never had a child before.
- Cum Quantity * Virility is greater than or equal to a random number from 0-999.
- With a Virility of 0.50, for example, you would need a Cum Quantity of 2000 mL to guarantee 100% chance of pregnancy.
- If Cotton is not taking birth control herbs, shi will get pregnant if any one of the following conditions are met:
- Random 20% chance, OR
- Cum Quantity greater than a random number from 0-999 (so Cum Quantity of 1000 mL or more is a 100% chance), OR
- Virility is greater than or equal to 0.50.
