Description
Appearance is Captain Steele's appearance throughout the game that player can change or transform in TiTS, that is viewable on the appearance screen. Each body part and score will alter the captain's looks and every sex scene in the game, and all of them can be transformed voluntarily through consumable gene-mods on the market or involuntary by parasites, diseases of forced genetic manipulation.

The player's profile can be split into various parts:

Tone and Thickness
Tone and thickness determine Steele's physical appearance and will most likely factor into appearance descriptions.
Details
Tone refers to muscle definition and is scored from 0 (featureless) to 100 (chiseled). Thickness refers to the body and limb width (relative to the height) and is scored from 0 (scrawny) to 100 (stocky). Both of these scores will usually be paired together for descriptions of Steele's body, most notably the hips and ass regions.
During character creation, both values can be initialized for Steele depending on the selection:

The majority of tone and thickness changes will take place when using various transformative items as well as in some events.
Femininity
Femininity determines Steele's physical "manliness" vs "girlishness" and will most likely factor into appearance descriptions.
Details
Femininity is scored from -100 (masculine) to 100 (feminine). During character creation, Steele's femininity will be set based on what gender option is chosen. The femininity score's minimum and maximum values are determined by a number of variables, most notably Steele's genital configuration. As femininity-related content is encountered, the reactions will vary based on Steele's current femininity score. Femininity will influence Steele's lip size.

Note: There is a "true" femininity score, where femininity is scored from 0 (masculine) to 100 (feminine). This section relates to the rescaled variant that is displayed on the statistics screen. Displayed femininity score is calculated as: (true femininity * 2) - 100
Manipulation
The majority of Steele's dynamic femininity changes will take place when using various transformative items, however, it is also possible to run into events or make choices that will change Steele's femininity score.
