Cass is a kaithrit, captain of the stock freighter Hestia and childhood friend of Kaede. She is the main character of Fenoxo's story The Treatment, which introduced the eponymous item to the setting.

She looked at her reflection in the nearly-mirrored glass of her ship's canopy, none too pleased by what she saw. She wasn't a particularly sexy-looking woman. Sure, her face was fair, and her hair was lustrous when she remembered to wash it. But… her breasts were barely there. Her boyfriends had called them 'cute', sure, but cute didn't seem to keep them around. It certainly couldn't dole out the titfucks her first boyfriend had dreamed of. He had even offered to pay for augmentation splices. Her hips weren't much better. Too narrow by half, her waistline would have looked more at home on a boy. At least her pussy was pretty.

Cass was a fairly normal girl, smaller and considerably less endowed than the norm for her race. She was originally from Tavros Station, where she grew up close friends with fellow freighter captain Kaede Entara. She struggled to afford and then maintain her vessel, the Hestia, which she crewed alone until the events of The Treatment.

During The Treatment, Cass gave in and injected herself with the eponymous transformative after acquiring it on a routine delivery to New Texas. Her transformation took place over several days, including a marked increase in hips, ass, and bust size, lactation, and a wild surge in libido that sent her on a sex-fueled spree through her home station, including a romp with her friend Kaede. Additionally, Cass suffered a rare mutation that caused her overt intelligence to markedly decrease when deprived of semen for more than a few hours.

Her story has yet to be completed.
