Queen Taivra rules over the nyrean village CaptainSteele finds in the Deep Caves on Myrellion, lead there by the ongoing search for Victor Steele's probes. Taivra is an apex huntress, the most powerful warrior her species has produced (at least, in the Gildrenmere-Kressia region), and has used her legendary martial prowess to force dozens of Nyrean Huntress and hundreds of males to submit to her and become part of her harem. Her subjects have built a small city outside the gates of her impressive palace, slowly expanding as Taivra's influence over the Deep Caves grows.

Queen Taivra is a powerful, domineering woman best described as a classic amazon: busty, powerful, and in control. While originally a mere huntress like her sisters, Taivra's skill with a spear slowly elevated her upwards through the rag-tag society of the nyrea until she began to take permanent betas and rope males into her growing harem. By the time Captain Steele arrives on Myrellion, Taivra's forced hundreds of other nyrea to submit to her. Her harems has gone beyond Taivra's needs to breed, and has become a city-state unto itself with soldiers, merchants, and hunter-gatherers all supporting the village and palace.

It should be no surprise that Taivra clearly respects martial prowess and honor, as shown during her first interactions; she also shows interest in PCs with a silver tongue, as diplomacy is as important as fighting skill to the future success of her small kingdom. Taivra shows willingness to go against her culture's values for those who show the traits she desires, such as Queensguard and even the PC should they prove a worthy foe. She has little patience for cowardice, dishonesty, and weakness, however.

Shortly before Steele arrives on Myrellion, several of Taivra's submissives found the Steele Tech Probe and brought it to their queen. She took an interest in the strange off-worlder device that crashed through the brittle cavern roof, and decided to incorporate the probe into her throne. This, ultimately, leads her and her minions into a confrontation with Dane, Rival, and Captain Steele.
