One of the player's eight main stats, Tolerance... well, to be perfectly honest, I'm not sure if it does anything on a system level other than be gated for some actions.
Actions that grant Tolerance experience include:
-Getting hit in a fight
-Doing Crunches at the 24 Hr Get Fit in New Ark City (+10, repeatable)
Tolerance-gated actions include:
-Upon beating and pursuing Mistyra while wearing parasites, the player must overcome 4 tolerances gates, the highest being 15. Upon completion the player is rewarded with a unique scene as well as having the parasites removed.
Items that improve your Tolerance while equipped include:
