 Fisianna Luvalle is a very meek and shy nekomata that [[Captain Steele]] can meet on [[Tavros|Tavros Station]]. She is a new resident living in her apartment number 124 on the Res. Deck. If Steele agrees to meet her again after her initial encounter, she can be found at the North-East Plaza between 16:00 and 23:59. She is a freelancing programmer for virtual and artificial intelligences alike.

 Fisianna stands at roughly 5'0"  in height. At first glance she looks similar to a full kaithrit; however, she has white fuzzy paws on the ends of her hands and feet which are kept bare, exposing the exquisitely plush pink pads on the underside of them. The fur at her bracelet adorned wrists gradually fade into an orange and white striped hue as her fur trails close to her elbows, making her look very similar to a terran tabby cat. Her legs also follow a similar pattern; the fur on them tracks up to her knees and stops there, though her legs have a more animalistic bend at the ankles, making them digitigrade in appearance. Fisianna seems to have done quite a job matching her hair color to her fur, further accentuating the tabby cat look with ass length hair of orange with white highlights. She also has the same two cat tails that kaithrit sport which are covered with the same orange and white striped fur. Fisianna’s tails seem a bit longer than usual kaithrit tails, not to mention hers seem to be able to move in a more precise manner, making them almost as dexterous as third and fourth arms. She sports the natural litheness and flexibility of a cat, with a trim body to match. Fisianna’s skin is smooth and lightly tanned where she does not have fur.

 Fisianna is an atypical dandere; She is initially an extremely meek and shy person initially. This results in her stammered speech and quiet nature when she is generally nervous or uncomfortable. She mostly dislikes being in or around large groups of people. Once someone can get to know her on a one-on-one basis however, she will begin open up, becoming less awkward around them. When she feels fully comfortable around an individual, she is very sweet and caring for them. If she becomes enamored with someone however, she regresses back to her shy self, especially when anything of an intimate nature is brought up involving her love interest. She has a naivete when it comes to matters of intimacy, and more often then not tries to avoid the subject completely if she isn’t comfortable enough to talk about it, if it can be helped.
