Once you do, you can bring it up to Valrynn, and then you can go to area north of Valrynns beach to encounter Flurry. If you have less than 5 kips, you will have to fight them before moving on (similar if not same fights as with valrynn). Losing will permanently remove Flurry from the game (Unconfirmed). Winning the fight will let you either forgive them or not. If you have 5 or more kips, the fight and subsequent choice will be skipped instead. Eventually, you will be prompted to name the male-identifying frostwyrm. Naming them 'Alrythe' will net a unique reaction from them. After all is wrapped up, they will become a character accessible for interactions in Valrynn's lair.
