 The quest starts when the player receives an email offworld from Penny about [[Mhen'ga]] being terrorized by a weirdo calling themselves the [[Pump-king]] and requesting your assistance to deal with them. By the time the PC lands on Mhen'ga and goes to Penny's [[United Galactic Confederacy|UGC]] office they find that Penny has been replaced with a timid human woman named Lana Trent, who is absolutely terrified of the Pump-king and to scared to find her or Penny.
