Silas Lockhart: Removed stun chance as the official code at https://github.com/OXOIndustries/TiTS-Public/blob/4fd473fbc8de320bfccc2695b3c58487eeee8ca0/classes/Items/Melee/PetraTech.as doesn't mention adding the stun flag and the base version doesn't have the flag either.
