Usage
If the PC has undergarments equipped with the hard light mod then the mod is consumed and upgrades adds Hardlight Strap-on Upgrades to their Key Item's list.
After the Hardlight Upgrade Module has been installed, the upgraded hardlight may begin to malfunction with very low odds while worn.
