So, the "Rapid Fire" and "Second Shot" bonus attacks don't have the accuracy reduction when the weapon used has the "Bonus Hit Rate" flag. Rapid Fire/Second Shot Mechanics
So, the "Rapid Fire" and "Second Shot" bonus attacks don't have the accuracy reduction when the weapon used has the "Bonus Hit Rate" flag. Also, the accuracy reduction of both Rapid Fire and Second Shot is a 46% chance to miss after calculating enemy evasion or PC blindness-related missing.
