Not to be rude but your style of giving information is a bit to confusing to read through as you write them like this:

• Primary effect
• Perk effect on primary
• Maximum Capacity is, Maximum capacity with said perk is

Or a more practical example

• Increases ball size by 4 inches
• With Bulgy perk add a multiplier of 1.5
• Maximum growth that can be achieved is 10 inches or 20 inches with Bulgy Perk

A better way to write them is as follows

• Primary effect to a maximum capacity of
  • Perk effect on primary effect to a new Maximum capicity of

Or a more practical example

• Increases ball size by 4 inches to a maximum size of 10 inches
  • Bulgy perk adds a multiplier of 1.5 to a maximum size of 20 inches
