Because of the calculations involved (cum quantity can never exceed the maximum capacity), raising this stat above Cum Efficiency has no effect. In other words, when looking at your codex, if "Cum, Current Internal" tends to be significantly higher than "Cum, Probable Ejaculation", you might want to try raising your Cum Efficiency.
