Upon the initial encounter, Aina will have a problem that she needs to ask a stranger to help with. When she spots Captain Steele, she will ask and Steele can choose to either Help Her or Don'tHelp.
Choosing to help her will lead to a scene where Steele will help her retrieve one of her sex toys. After finding the toy is broken, Steele will be given the options to Offer Sex (if aroused enough), offer to Fix Toy (if Steele has an I.Q. of 40% or more or if Steele is an engineer) or Steele can just Leave.
Refusing to help or choosing to leave will have Steele leave her to her own and no further interaction with her will be possible.
If Steele does help, she will reveal that she is super horny when she is in heat. Because of that, her heat cycle will alter how she interacts with Steele. Her estrus cycle resets every 21 days and she will be in heat for the first 5 days of the cycle. The very first day the cycle starts is the day Steele first meets her.

Pregnancy
Aina as a byproduct of her mods, possesses a cross between a human menstrual cycle and a horses Estrus Cycle. As a such it is possible to get her pregnant if you take advantage of this.
The calculations for the odds of getting her pregnant is calculated by (1 - chance×(virility/2)) × 10000. Chance is modified by what point she is at in her cycle:
- The day you meet her to the 6th day of knowing her: Heat - -0.615
- 7th day - 9th day: Post-Heat - -0.105
- 10th day - 16th day: Post Post-Heat - 0
- 17th day - The start of a new cycle: Beginning of Heat - -0.105
If the player's seed takes, Aina will send an email to the player asking them to come to her apartment. Upon arriving to her apartment, she will inform you that she is pregnant with your child. Aina's gestation period will last about 90 days, during which every 15 days she will give an update on the pregnancy.
After the 3rd email she will begin going through the worst parts of the pregnancy and ask you to come see her. This unlocks the Comfort option, in which you spend time with her, varying depending on the time of day. Morning you two will make breakfast, midday you will watch a movie, and at night you can sleep with each other. You can also invite Aina to shower with you.
After the pregnancy, her children will be placed in the Nursery and cared for by Briget. Post pregnancy, some of Aina's scenes will be altered to reflect her changed body and Aina and the PC can visit their kids in the nursery.
After 2 pregnancies, the very act of being in her room gives the "Mare Musk" status effect.
Talk
Aina is too flustered when she is in heat, making talking to her impossible.
