These slim, cup-shaped pads come with a handy adhesive that allows them to stick to the underside of the bust, or else be slipped stealthily into a bra. So long as these pads are worn, they will slowly massage and feed hormones and nanomachines into your breasts, causing them to increase in size over time. They only last 3 days, however, before they wear out.
Acquisition
Can be purchased from Ellie at the gift shop in Big T's barn house in New Texas for 400 credits.
Usage
This item is applied on use, with an option to select a breast row if the player character has more than one row of breasts. In doing so, the pads will trigger a temporary effect that gradually increases the breast size rating (on the selected breast row) over 3 days' time. During that period, the breasts rating can increase up to 11 cup sizes.
Because of how the effect works, the item is single-use only, even on characters with multiple breast rows, and must be removed via the Masturbation menu (under the "Remove Swell" option), or wait for the effect to wear off and the pads automatically removed, before applying new pads.
This item can also be used on Lerris.
