This location can be accessed in several ways:

When Kiro's trust level is at 100% or more, she may send an invite for a date to Canadia Station. Read the message to unlock the coordinates to this location.
When Delilah is sufficiently feminized and broken in, she may send an email inviting Steele to visit her on Canadia Station, unlocking the location.
Ushamee Neykkar will invite Steele to visit her on Canadia station after completing The Kashima Incident.
Accept Krissy's request to give her a lift during her random encounter.

Canadia Station is a part of Vesperia's network of inhabitable settlements.

The Kui Country Bar and Lodge houses a glory hole for Kally's adorahol infused patrons to let off some ....'steam'.

Depending on the time of day Steele will either be able to use the hole or work it. Both options have multiples scenes, a couple are one offs.
