Dr. Lash's bust, by Shou
Doctor Lash is lethal, and will kill if he is hostile!
A bald creature [...]
It’s clearly a scientist, judging by the lab coat, but also inhuman - a dead giveaway thanks to the six sets of sleeves that dangle from the eggshell garment. Even without them, it couldn’t pass for a human. Pale gray skin and a flat, almost nonexistent nose make sure of that. Glowing goggles protrude from above its narrow nostrils, hiding the shape of the creature’s eyes behind a veil of shining crimson.
History/Personality/Information of Note
Dr. Lash was a former employee of Tamani Corp who left due to a conflict of interest.
He believes that lustful thoughts are major distractions in a supposedly progressive society. He is ardently against sexual emotions--very much so that, in the past, he has attempted to forcefully sterilize a dominant species of an entire planet, which in turn, has earned him a place in the United Galactic Confederacy's most-wanted criminal list.
Upon meeting Dr. Lash in his shack, he will give fair warning to Captain Steele about the consequences of causing trouble in his lab. If ignored, or provoking him in any way, Dr.Lash may be prone to act hostile to Steele.

He may also be seen to provide a distraction for the UGC Peacekeepers guarding Doctor Badger's lab if the latter was sent to prison by detonating a bomb on the other side of Novahome.
