Appearance
She’s wearing what’s left of a lab coat hanging in tatters from her shoulders, revealing black scrubs underneath that have been torn up so much as to leave very little to the imagination: cleavage, belly, and legs are largely left bare to your gaze. A stethoscope dangles from around her neck, cementing that she must be the ship’s doctor.

Elenora is extremely caring and is only concerned about helping the sick rather than leaving them behind or killing them.
Interactions
The doctor will have been trapped by Captain Holmes and finally escapes during combat through the doors Steele had opened to access the bridge and reveal the infected captain.
Elenora will later save Captain Steele from an infected ambush. She helps shelter Steele while they both sort out a plan to save her fellow crew members. Steele can choose to help her find a cure.
Sex
If Steele has slept in the MedBay two times or more, Steele's sleep may be interrupted by Doctor Vanderbilt's masturbatory noises. When Steele goes to investigate, Steele finds that Elenora has been infected and she is fucking herself with tentacles. She fails to hide her secret and admits that the infection will get worse the more she attempts to fight it. Steele may ease her mind by attempting to Fuck Her or Refuse instead.
