Mods

To win the governor's approval Steele must have a dinner score of (25 - Gianna's personality score/5) or more.
- A dinner score of 23 is needed for approval if Gianna's personality is at 10, the lowest obtainable personality score for Gianna.
- Conversely a dinner score of 5 is needed for approval if Giann's personality is at 100, the highest obtainable personality score.
Alternatively, Steele can choose one of the 2 instant win conditions to receive approval.
