While galotians may be infamously as libidinous as they are dull-witted, a specially cut, specially treated picardine gem can remedy the latter. The process is not entirely well-understood, but by taking a gemstone inside themselves, galotians can find themselves with greatly increased cognition.
(This item has no effect for non-goo creatures.)
(Provides +20 intelligence and +20 willpower to gooey beings.)
Acquisition
Can be stolen from Roz on Zheng Shi if she is defeated. This disables Roz permanently.
Usage
Can be equipped as an accessory if the player is a gooey creature the player gains intelligence and willpower boost of 20.
