Description
Col. Kalayna is the Scarlet Federation colonel who took command of Nehzara's battalion after her transfer to the diplomatic hub. According to Field Marshal Sellera, she rose to power through blackmail and access to critical military and political intelligence. She and Colonel Nehzara were bitter rivals during wartime.
