Description
Matron Oserre is the headmistress of a city bathhouse found in Kressia.
Appearance
A matronly gold myr woman in a revealing white robe stands behind the a simple stone desk near the front door, her pillowy lips turned up into an ever-present smile. The hood of her robe is drawn up, and a veil covers her eyes down to the ridge of her nose, effectively blinding her. She seems to be the person you’d talk to about using the facilities here.
