History
Few groups strike terror into local governments like the Mechanus League. These terrorists push their pro-cybernetic and genetic enhancement agenda with an almost religious zeal. Not only are they well-funded, but they have a technical affinity rarely matched outside of research laboratories. The Mechanus League often appears on planets seeking to regulate cybernetics. At first, they may try a more peaceful, propaganda approach. When that fails, bombings are the next step. What better way to gain support than to ensure a large number of people need mechanical limb replacements?
Many in the Mechanus League have zealous beliefs that cybernetics are the way to true enlightenment. Such individuals often appear more machine than man.
