Description
The Naleen Huntress is a powerful female warrior encountered in the Mhen'ga jungle. Unlike most other enemy encounters, Captain Steele meets the same huntress in each battle. She fights unarmed, preferring to batter Steele down with lusty dances and careful use of her claws before fucking Steele. After several battles against her, the Huntress shows off a gentler side at night, approaching Steele with an offer of companionship and warmth in the cold jungle night. Thereafter, while she will still attack Steele, she makes her respect for Steele's abilities as a warrior and a lover known.
Appearance
You step forward, searching for the source, and your [ears] soon lead you to a lone figure just beyond the shore of the small lake, a beautiful feminine figure wading in the waist-high water. With eyes closed, the woman faces you, hands running through long orange hair, giving you a perfect view of the large, perfect round breasts on her bare chest. Her torso seems wholly covered in a thin, smooth fur that glistens in the water, bearing a bright tiger stripe pattern of black and orange, not unlike her flowing locks.
Her pointed, feline ears perk up as she glides toward you, moving with a stepless grace. You stumble back, hand grasping your [weapon] as the woman approaches, sliding out of the water to reveal a long, reptilian tail in place of legs, easily longer than the feline body atop it. Your Codex gives an alarmed chirp, identifying the creature as a Naleen, the apex predator on Mhen'ga.
History/Personality/Information of Note
The Huntress is a playful opponent, teasing her target in combat and afterwards. She has a very maternal, dominant tendency during sex, and seems to get great joy from wrapping her opponent in her coils during intercourse.
Interactions
After fighting and having intercourse with the Huntress five times (either through losing or choosing to upon winning), a new encounter can be had at night when exploring the jungle. The Huntress will approach Steele, saying that she means no harm this time, and offers to stay with Steele during the night. It's very cold, she says, and she doesn't want Steele to blunder into the clutches of another, less friendly monster. If Steele agrees, she'll wrap him/her in her coils and coax Steele to sleep with repeated sexings. Waking in the morning to the smell of breakfast, Steele eventually tells her he/she must continue on his/her quest, which saddens her.
This encounter can occur once each night.
Combat
The naleen attack by claws primarily, though she has a highly effective grapple attack as well, using her coils to constrict her opponent. The constrict attack is devastating against lower-level characters, especially those with low Physique scores.
The Naleen Huntress's combat actions include:
- Double Attack - A basic melee attack.
- Constrict - A grapple attack that does light to moderate kinetic damage and constricts the opponent.
- Bite Attack (Paralytic Venom) - Special attack that injects "Naleen Venom" which temporarily degrades the physique, reflexes, aim, and willpower of an opponent.
Loot/Items/Equipment
The Huntress may sometimes drop Naleen Nip. She is worth 50 XP.
