Appearance
The bull behind the desk is a remarkably toned example of his kind, with every muscle defined to the point that he could probably find work posing for anatomy textbooks. He’s clad in a white tank top with the gym’s logo on the front and blue workout pants made of some smooth material. His brown hair is buzzed short around a pair of stubby white horns.

Quenton is interested in highly toned bodies and is not afraid to express that favoritism. He will encourage potential customers to get toned if they would like any "personal training" from him.

At the Ten Ton Gym, Captain Steele can work on several exercises to adjust body appearance as well as status effects. Using the gym is restricted to paying customers, so talking to Quenton is essential if Steele wants to use the facility.

Ten Ton Gym
After gaining access to the facility, Steele will have a variety of physical exercise activities to choose from by accessing the following rooms: the Weight Room, the Track, the Pool, and the Lockers & Showers. The more rigorous of these activities may give a slow stat gain of 1 to a particular core stat.
The activities will affect the Steele's soreness and sweat conditions. Specifically, exercise will change the Soreness debuff, where when the debuff value is at 3 or more, Steele will become physically "Sore". Under the "Sore" status effect, Steele is unable to exercise and must rest by sleeping before attempting to exercise again. If Steele has the "Sweaty" status effect, Steele will need to shower in order to wash off the sweat.

If Steele's lust and tone is high enough (tone at 80 or more), Quenton will have the following sex scenes available when asking about his Personal Training:
