Description

Religion rooted in the belief that sentience was engineered and is not an evolutionary byproduct.

History

Oddball religions can be found all across the known universe. Interstellar communication and sciences may have brought peoples of all species together, but they've also allowed strange propaganda to take hold in far-flung societies. The star-seekers are one such group. They believe that sentience could not have evolved on its own; it could only have arisen at the influence of a creater species or being. This group believes that sentience is the result of meddling by an ancient, technologically advanced race and seeks to find evidence of them.

Currently, there is no such evidence.
