The Siren is a hybrid between a Shark-morph (or possibly a Tigershark-morph) and a Harpy and one of the sentient races of Mareth.

Minerva - Outworlder who was first transformed by shark-morphs, later by harpies.
Becoming a Siren
It should be possible to transform physically into a siren by combining shark and harpy tranfsformations, just like Minerva. The game description won't recognise you as one though and you won't gain any special siren abilities.
