Putting it in pommel gives it +15 spellpower, +10 accuracy, +10 crit chance, +10 armor penetration, -10 leadership and adds the 'catalyst' tag.
Putting it in the crossguard gives it +30 storm damage, -15 physical damage, +10 accuracy, +10 critical chance and +10 armor penetration.
Both upgrades improve the special effect to 60%
