During the events of Over Troubled Waters, if Ramien was avoided when investigating at the Telduum Village (chose Sneak in the Back), when talking to the Twin Roses in the Bath House Secret Lair, the Ramien option is available; where they ask the Champion to help their big brother. After having talked to and defeated Ramien, the Champion must talk to the twins about Took Care of Ramien to receive the amulet before leaving the baths.
